1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Focusplore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Focusplore is a gamified productivity application that combines a Pomodoro timer with 3D pirate world exploration. Users earn virtual coins by completing focus sessions and can use them to unlock ships, pets, and decorations within the app.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deletion is permanent.
• You may not create multiple accounts to abuse the system.

4. Virtual Currency

"Focus Coins" are a virtual currency earned exclusively through completed focus sessions. Focus Coins have no real monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, traded, transferred, or converted to currency.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate or cheat the focus session system
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse anti-cheat systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including but not limited to 3D graphics, sounds, music, text, and code, is owned by Focusplore and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

Focusplore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
